By creating an account or using Funduary, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Funduary aggregates publicly available information about Canadian funding opportunities and personalizes it to your organization profile. We make every effort to keep program details accurate, but eligibility and deadlines can change. Always confirm details on the official program page before applying.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Funduary data; not to use the service to violate any law; and not to interfere with the operation of the platform.
No funding guarantee
Funduary is an information and personalization tool. We do not guarantee approval for any funding program, nor do we provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Subscription and billing
Free plans are available. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing. Sales taxes apply where required.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Limitation of liability
Funduary is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funduary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
